Position : Mechanical Designer
Work Hours : 9am-5pm PST, M-F
1am-9am MNL M-F
Holidays : Canadian holidays with 10 days paid vacation after 1 year
Pay Range : 800 - 1200 USD / month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities :
To draft and design building mechanical and plumbing systems
To develop and prepare engineering designs, drawings, documents and layouts from preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
Operate computer-assisted design (CAD) and drafting workstations
Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets
Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data
Minimum Requirements :
Required / Must Have :
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Minimum 2+ years experience (4-6 years of experience will be ideal)
Advanced / Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD is required
Must be well organized and punctual
Above Average Communication Skills
Must be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills; can handle multiple projects at the same time
To be responsible, efficient, and to have smart communication skills
Plus / Good to Have :
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Someone who worked in same or related industry preferred
The person must be a team player
Has professional English writing skill
