Responsibilities :

The Program Manager will implement program changes and strategies to increase the quality and delivery of client services;

insure staff in maintaining compliance with regulations. Develop and facilitate an on-going multi-faceted recruitment and retention plan that meets the needs of referrals and client trends to Toomey Residential and Community Services.

Network in the community and represent the agency and Program in a positive manner. Complete bi-weekly payroll in absence of Program Director.

Maintain documentation in electronic health record and other documentation systems and adhere to compliance regulations.

Facilitate, track and maintain staff trainings. Monitor program and fiscal records for timely completion and compliance with the agency and funding source policies.

Ensure staff adhere to and maintain regulations, guidelines and policies as established by the funding sources and Toomey Residential and Community Services.

Assist Program Director with internal and external audits. Oversee programs in absence of Program Coordinator as needed.

Assist Program Director in supporting all staff as needed. Any additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Program Director.

Represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications :

Education and / or Experience Required at Entry : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or human services related field and one (1) to three (3) years of related experience is required.

Experience working with youth and / or culturally diverse families is preferred.

Licenses / Certificate / Clearances : Valid NYS Driver’s license, State Central Registry Clearance

Skills / Abilities : Basic computer skills, confidentiality, negotiation, knowledge of computer systems, Mandated reporting, creative problem solving, oral and written communication skills
