Job Summary :
The Regional Field Engineer position supports all Vantage products by troubleshooting and technical solution finding for our customers.
This may involve the advisory engagement in elevator troubleshooting, new product installations and customer support during acceptance testing.
Our RFE's offer "master" training to internal and customer-based technical colleagues. Additional duties include updates and feedback to Vantage's internal teams regarding continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction opportunities.
Job Requirements (minimum) :
- Min. 8 years of elevator industry experience as a classified "Journeyman"
- Demonstrated technical competence in :
- The inner workings of elevators including the installation and servicing of elevator equipment (new equipment and modernization)
- Strong knowledge of multiple elevator products and applications
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills; a collaborative, team player
- A solid orientation to customer service mindsets and behaviors
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel overnight
- IUEC background is considered a strong asset
What can Vantage offer you?
Competitive cash compensation including a base salary between $140,000 and 180,000 per year, depending on skills and experience and an annual incentive compensation (bonus) of 15% of the annual base salary,
