The Industrial Engineer will provide support to all manufacturing and logistic operations.

They are currently an industrial manufacturer for some at home goods. They continue to grow in a stable and exciting pace as new product are brought to market.
Description
The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for :
- Redesign work centers to minimize material movement and maximize productivity.
- Implement improved methods for material handling and dispensing to reduce labor and ergonomic issues.
- Utilize time and motion study tools to determine staffing needs and workload balance across work cell positions.
- Establish standardized work procedures for operators based on product families, ensuring easy training for diverse production staff.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop automation solutions.
- Implement ergonomic assessments to improve workstation design and prevent injuries.
- Participate in managing the safety program.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product structure, including bills of material and manufacturing processes.
Profile
The successful Industrial Engineer will have what follows :
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred background in lean manufacturing
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field (manufacturing, mechanical, etc.)
