We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Construction Paralegal to join our client's legal team. The Construction Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on construction law matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction industry, knowledge of construction laws and regulations, and paralegal training.

Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents such as contracts, leases, loans, and agreements related to construction projects.
Coordinate and handle all facets of the discovery process.
Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
Assist lawyers in the preparation of legal defenses and claims.
Prepare and manage construction litigation files and organize exhibits for trial.
Coordinate with all parties involved in a construction project, including developers, subcontractors, architects, and government bodies.
Ensure compliance with construction laws and regulations.
Draft letters and responses to opposing counsel or other business correspondence.
Keep abreast of updates in construction laws and regulations.
Required Skills :
Proven experience as a paralegal in a construction industry.
Exceptional knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and execute discretion when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Paralegal certification or relevant degree.
