Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and inspire the team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial oversight
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Train staff and hold them accountable for performance
Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale, full-service establishment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Hands-on leader with a supportive approach
