Branch Manager

Location : Stamford, CT
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily branch operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain relationships.
- Implement sales strategies and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in branch management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
