Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple client accounts with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Answer phone calls and assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries.
- Handle remarket requests to ensure clients are getting the best coverage at the best price.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and contribute to a welcoming office culture.
