IntePros is seeking an HR Compliance Associate to join our industry leading healthcare client in Philadelphia, PA.
The HR Compliance Associate works in sync with the HR Compliance Specialist, providing guidance, employee assistance, and project management support for our clients' Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) clearances renewal program.
The HR Compliance Associate is responsible for offering tier-one resource support on all CPSL policies, processes, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills, must be detailed oriented, and is shown to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the HR Compliance Specialist to support the CPSL clearances renewal program.
- Provide tier-one resource support on CPSL policies, processes, and procedures.
- Offer guidance and assistance to employees regarding CPSL-related inquiries.
- Manage and support various projects related to CPSL compliance.
- Ensure detailed and accurate documentation of all CPSL-related activities.
- Maintain effective communication with all levels of staff and management.
Qualifications :
- Associates Degree required.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Work Environment :
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at least one to two days per week, due to the nature of the work.
