Position : Bookkeeper, Part-time
Reports to : Finance Controller

The Big Task
We are looking for a part- time bookkeeper to assist with the day-to-day financial tasks. Help us enhance performance and operational decision-making throughout the company by ensuring our accounting and financials are timely and accurate.
Key Sub Tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers.
- Ensure Purchase Order process is being followed and accurately export vendor bills over to QuickBooks.
- Ensure all customer invoices and payments are exported properly to QuickBooks.
- Ensure our bills are paid timely and accurately.
- Process staff payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to maintain accuracy monthly.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Highly organized and process driven with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Thorough attention to detail with on time delivery.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel Experience with MS Excel is required.
