Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Pastry Chef and dedicated individual who can execute, manage and assist in Private Events Sales and Promotion.
While helping to grow our business to new heights through hosting corporate cooking classes, public cooking classes / pairings, and private Dinner Events that you, as an Executive Chef will Host and promote with a supportive culinary team.

Executive Pastry Chef Manager Responsibilities :
- Design, sell, and host cooking classes and competitions for corporate groups seeking team-building experiences
- Cater small dinners as a Private Chef, including pricing and selling each event
- Teach short cooking classes for the public
- Arrange for staff and ingredients for each event
- Promote events on platforms such as Eventbrite and Mailchimp (training provided)
Executive Pastry Chef Manager Qualifications :
- Executive Chef with pastry fine dining experience and a passion for cooking
- Engaging personality with a professional appearance
- Comfortable with public speaking and performing in front of an audience
- Experience with computers, recipe formatting, and editing. Social media experience would be a plus (not required)
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
Executive Pastry Chef Manager Benefits :
- Comprehensive compensation package Base salary of $70K+ (depending on experience) with an aggressive commission plan, providing an OTE of $90k+)
