Proven experience in a product owner rolein an agile / scrum software development organization andunderstanding of the development lifecycle.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent work items withminimal supervision.
Excellent decisionmakingability to manage a complex ever changing priority list and resolveconflicts to competing priorities
Stronganalyst with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customerbusiness needs and translate them into application and operationalrequirements.
Strong problem solver. Ability toidentify where focus is needed and bring clarity to businessobjectives requirements and priorities
Businessand Functional requirement knowledge (i.e. elicitation ofrequirements planning documentation analysis and alignment tostandards)
Ability to embrace adapt and leadthrough change fosters effective partnerships and drive effectivecollaboration with peers and vendor resources.
Remote IT Product Owner duties :
Act asa voice of the customers understand the business needs andtranslate them into technical requirements.
Work with the business partners to define the future products androadmap.
Understand and articulate thetechnology vision and strategy ensure that technology solution issuccessfully aligned with the business goals andpriorities.
Build a strong rapport with theinvestment teams operations and information technology teammembers.
Perform datadriven analysis anddevelop recommendations to guide decision making.
Key member of the scrum team responsible for making surethat development processes align with the productroadmap.
Manage the Product Backlog effectivelyto maximize the delivered value including developing and clearlycommunicating sprint goals and priorities;
creating and clearlycommunicating product backlog items; ensuring that the productbacklog is transparent visible and understood
Define user stories based on customer requirements. Translatebusiness needs into requirements for a technical audience includingcreating user stories synthesizing use cases defining acceptancecriteria documenting features overview.
Coordinate and assist in the testing of new products andfeatures
