Overview :

Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone with a background in Meeting and Conference Audio Visual production to serve in the role of Audio-Visual Tech.

This role supports the property with the execution of Audio-Visual experiences. The duties include setting-up and breaking down events, problem solving technical difficulties and being hands on during the actual event.

This position will execute technical and digital enhancements to live & virtual experiences including but not limited to music, animations, video recording / editing & other pre / postproduction elements as necessary.

This position also has responsibility for the timely and accurate set-up of all conference meetings and private functions.

Your role :

You will have in depth knowledge and understanding of audio-visual equipment and setup, including general use of laptops, projectors, microphones, and display monitors.

You will consult with clients on virtual and in-person meetings.

You will oversee technical aspects of meetings, including but not limited to camera operator, dedicated technician and for recording.

Qualifications :

1-3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience within the area detailed above.

Able to lift 50 lbs. to a maximum height of 60 inches on a regular basis.

Able to work variable hours including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Compensation Range :

The compensation for this position is $21.75 / Hr. - $21.75 / Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
