PROJECT MANAGER - PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE

Project Manager - Public Infrastructure - Houston, TX

Halff has an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and pedestrian facility design.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5-10 years of public infrastructure design experience in the consulting industry or experience working with, or for, public sector clients.

Project Manager - Public Infrastructure Candidates must have :

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• PE License in Texas, or transferable within 2 months of start date
• 5 to 10 years of experience in public infrastructure
• Strong experience working with AutoCAD Civil3D or MicroStation
• Experience managing design and plan production
• Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience working with public sector clients and business development communications is a plus
• Experience in project scope development, professional services fee development and staffing projects is a plus
• Strong ability to work in a team environment including multiple disciplines
• A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
