Senior Project Manager Civil Engineer - Public Works - Austin, TX Halff has an immediate opening in our Austin, TX office for a Senior Professional Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and utility design.

This position requires strong design experience and project manager skills. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of municipal roadway, drainage, and utility projects.

A successful candidates will be able to manage design and plan production as well as manage clients and supervise technical staff.

Project Manager Civil Engineer - Public Works Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Studies
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and utilities
• MicroStation or AutoCAD
• Experience managing design and plan production
• Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
