Property Accoutant / Property Accounting AP / AR Specialist
Duties :
- Full-cycle accounts receivable.
- Lease admin (as related to accounts receivables)
- Ad hoc coverage and office duties as needed.
Experience Preferred :
- Sage 300 / Timberline preferred.
- Commercial Property Management or Construction (must have Sage 300 / Timberline) experience preferred.
100% Onsite in Fremont.
Salary : $70-$80K annually
Property Accountant / Accounts Receivables
Seeking a talented individual to join our client in Fremont as a Property Accountant / Property Accounts Receivables Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes with precision and efficiency.
- Handle lease administration tasks related to accounts receivables seamlessly.
- Provide ad hoc coverage and support for office duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Preferred Experience :
- Familiarity with Sage 300 / Timberline software is highly desired.
- Prior experience in Commercial Property Management or Construction, with a strong emphasis on Sage 300 / Timberline, is advantageous.
Role is 100% onsite position located in Fremont.
Compensation :
Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
