Allied Resources is looking for a Drafter who will be responsible for supporting all project activities throughout the project lifecycle for Midstream Pipeline and Petrochemical refinery projects.
The Drafter will be creating new isometric and design drawings for retrofit projects and new systems based on engineered field walks and scope of work.

A day in the life :
- Development, design, and management of mechanical aspects of plant-based refining / chemical projects.
- Collaborate with other designs drafters on P&IDs and drawings.
- Development of drawings for fabrication and construction of piping and equipment systems.
- Designing and equipment selection for pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, heaters, coolers, boilers, or pressure vessels.
- Participate in procurement and operations specifications for equipment and systems.
- Perform site walk downs and submit estimates for Electronic Work Requests (EWR).
The wish list :
- Aptitude to cross-collaborate with a growing team of Designers.
- Experience in design in the Oil & Gas and Chemical sector including plants, oil, cryogenic, natural gas, petrochemical, or power systems.
- Experienced in AutoCAD 3D. Revit, MicroStation, and CADWorx is desirable.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and co-workers.
