THE JOB :
As a Porter for Eataly Las Vegas, you will juggle multiple responsibilities both behind the scenes and on the restaurant floor.
Your accommodating personality and ability to balance needs of a diverse clientele will be a welcome supporting facilitating a Retail and dining operation that is fun, efficient, and polished without pretense.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Contribute to the integrity of property-wide inspection programs on a regular basis to maintain Southern Nevada Health District Standards.
Preform thorough cleaning tasks including ceilings, walls, and items requiring ladder access.
Utilize dust mops, wet mops, and auto scrubbers to effectively clean and sanitize floors throughout the facility.
Prioritize hygiene in food handling / prep areas by sweeping, disinfecting, and maintaining cleanliness under main line equipment.
Ensure restroom cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces including urinals toilets walls mirrors and sinks.
Assist in venue setup by moving tables / chairs, cleaning tabletops, doors, and reachable windows as directed.
Maintain kitchen equipment hygiene by cleaning and scrubbing gridles, salamander's fryer, and ovens in all cooking stations.
Operate dishwashing equipment to wash China, glassware, and silverware according to sanitation standards.
Wash, sanitize and organize pots, pans, and utensils in a three-compartment sink to meet hygiene regulations.
Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of garbage disposal units, grease traps, and garbage compactors.
Assist in dishwashing duties by collecting dishes and pots from various areas and transporting them to the dish pit as needed.
Maintain cleanliness by promptly removing trash from bins, replacing bags, and washing garbage bins as required.
Preform other job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Six (6) months kitchen worker experience.
Bilingual.
Takes pride in their work.
Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
