About the Role

As the Event Director, you will be responsible for the strategic development and financial performance of the Infosecurity brand and event.

Your purpose is to identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the industry, using insights to develop new solutions or brand extensions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Developing the event and brand strategy, engaging direct and matrix teams with the strategy and value proposition
• Leading collaboration across multiple teams to deliver commercial and financial goals
• Building strong client relationships to identify unmet needs and deliver increased customer value
• Developing industry partnerships and understanding market trends to uncover new growth opportunities
• Overseeing focus of team priorities ensuring sufficient resource in place to achieve strategic and operational goals

Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in event or product management, P&L ownership and delivery of financial targets
• Possess proven track record of customer focused leadership, using data and insights to develop successful products / events
• Have experience establishing strategic alliances and business communities to develop new and existing products
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication capabilities to foster collaboration and drive results across diverse teams
• Have experience or a keen interest in technology, digital innovation and cyber security related industries
