Providence is calling a Director, Finance who will :
- Be responsible for the financial oversight of assigned ministries, including : Monitoring financial performance Variance reporting Supporting the achievement of productivity and supply chain targets Participating in ministry level management meetings
- Serve as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll process, in support of the managers and senior leaders throughout the ministries
- Assist in facilitation of capital projects as prioritized and approved through regional and system processes
- Assist with development of ministry budgets
- Provide assistance as needed to the ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long term strategies
- Be Responsible for : Development and management of dashboards Achievement of internal audit recommendations Leading special projects as assigned for both the ministry and the region Review of monthly financial statements Partnership with the PSJH accounting team to accurately reflect economics representative of operational and clinical services

- This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled
- This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below : Texas : Lubbock
- Work Week : Monday - Friday
- Work Shift : Day
Relocation Details :
- Providence is open to considering applicants from other states outside of Texas
- Please note a selected applicant who resides outside of the State of Texas, WILL BE required to relocate to the Lubbock Texas area within 1-3 months of an established start date
- If you are located in another state upon start, you will be required to travel for onsite presence throughout the work week
- Providence is willing to provide a relocation package for relocation to Lubbock, Texas

Required qualifications for this position include :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
- 8+ years of experience within a leadership role
- 10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)
Preferred qualifications for this position include :
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- HFMA or FACHE
