Job Summary : We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about hotel services and amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Keep updated with hotel promotions, local attractions, and events.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
