Hi! This is a UNIQUE opportunity to work with a (largely concierge), one MD physician practice in INTEGRATIVE AND FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE.
I am board certified in internal medicine and am looking for someone (MA, LPN, RN) to work alongside me to take excellent care of our people (we don't call them patients).
I have a small, boutique practice. You will learn a ton and there is a lot of variety- from front office and medical care to studio scheduling (yoga, sound therapy, breathwork, etc.
and ultimately setting up dinners and cooking classes in our new kitchen!
Responsibilities
We will be working as a TEAM. You are the first point of contact for our people. Answering phones, covering emails and faxes, preparing charts, retrieving test results, and providing a warm welcome to people, etc.
Maintaining a high-quality environment is paramount to the healing experience for our people.

Qualifications
First and foremost, you must be TEACHABLE, sharp and efficient. Chances are you may not have enough experience in this field- that’s OK! I just want someone who is willing and excited to learn and can do so quickly.
You must be kind, compassionate, and responsive. My medical practice is one with a heart. Our people are our priority.
Flexibility is extremely important. Hours are mostly 9a to 4p in general M-Th and 9a-3p F. Sometimes there will be opportunities to work from home when I am not in the office.
Lastly, you must have a sense of humor! I believe an uplifting work environment leads to joy and satisfaction personally and professionally.
Salary is $23-$35 / hour based on experience.
