JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for delivering material and performing warehouse duties.

DUTIES :

Delivery and pick up materials as needed and operate Company Vehicles when necessary. Will perform driver duties due to absences and workload requirements.

Will perform delivery Audits.

• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, loading, delivery, clean-up, and customer service.
• Maintain designated work areas, arrange as needed, and always ensure orderly and safe conditions. Ensure properly maintained condition of work areas, grounds, trucks, tools, fixtures and equipment;

arrange for repairs / replacements as needed.

• Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving, picking and loading of all work materials and finished products.
• Maintain inventory control systems for all raw and finished materials, always try to keep inventory current, and notify managers of any inventory shortages.
• Assist asset tracking for all company assets.
• Work with internal customers on an individual and group basis to maintain order and security of warehouse.
• Monitor and provide quality assurance of contract-specific materials and ensure deliveries meet contractual deadlines.
• Arrange for regular removal and recycling of appropriate production boxes, plastics, paper, etc.
• Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by the Manager.

EXPERIENCE : Warehouse experience; 1 + year(s) working in construction-related warehouse / supply systems preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS : Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds, Proficiency with GPS, DOT driver's license, clean driving record, forklift experience, and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

EQUIPMENT : Operational knowledge of a variety of production equipment required (including tools, fixtures, warehouse and storage equipment, etc.

Must demonstrate good safety practices.

JUDGMENT AND INITIATIVE : Must function well with minimal supervision. Must be a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK : This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 a.

m. to 2 : 30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Flexibility is desired due to occasional project preparation.
