Opportunity : Drive growth in the North Haven area by identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial landscape maintenance contracts with a target value of $1M annually for both Maintenance and Snow services.
Weekly Activities :
- Lead Generation and Prospecting : Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, property visits, networking events, and leveraging your network.
- Client Meetings and Presentations : Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present tailored proposals, and build strong relationships.
- Pipeline Management : Regularly update your sales pipeline to track leads, opportunities, and potential revenue.
- Collaboration : Work with internal teams (operations, estimating) to develop competitive proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
- Lunch-and-Learns : Organize and participate in sessions with property management groups to educate potential clients about our services.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and the local commercial real estate market.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) :
- Sales Revenue : Achieve an annual sales goal of $1M in new commercial landscape maintenance contracts.
- Pipeline Value : Maintain a healthy pipeline with a minimum value of $30k - $100k in potential projects.
- Closing Ratio : Convert a high percentage of qualified leads into closed deals.
- Client Satisfaction : Ensure high levels through proactive communication, responsiveness, and exceeding expectations.
Ideal Candidate :
We seek a motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in commercial landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
Strong time management, excellent communication, and a passion for building relationships are essential. Familiarity with the local commercial real estate market and an understanding of the green industry are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits :
- Base Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 (flexible for the right talent)
