Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team that encompasses all accounting operations, AP, AR and Payroll
- Manage the month end closes
- Prepare, review and analyze financials for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee cost accounting analysis
- Lead annual audits, AOP and internal forecasts
- Maintain current and establish new accounting and finance internal controls and SOPs
- Bring about further automation and efficiencies in the department
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple accounting staff
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Oracle ERP experience desired
Experience :
- Experience working in manufacturing (inventory and cost accounting)
- Experience with month end close, annual audit, budgeting, financial reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Detail oriented, organized and good time management
