A manufacturer in the San Gabriel Valley is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. In this Senior Accountant role, the individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, supporting the annual audit, reconciliations, and month-end close.

To be successful in this role, the Senior Accountant will need to have strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

What do you need for this Senior Accountant role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-6 years of accounting experience
• Must have inventory accounting experience
• Advanced Excel
• CPA tracking is a nice to have

What will you do in this Senior Accountant role?

• Create and maintain accounting protocols and internal controls in compliance with US GAAP
• Budget preparation
• Participate in coordination of the annual audit
• Monitor and analyze inventory costs
• Month-end and year-end close
• Analyze company’s financial performance
• Create and manage GL account supporting schedules
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee AR
• Prepare journal entries
• Maintain fixed assets
