Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Services Technician. As a Client Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' email migration by providing hands-on support and technical expertise.
You will be responsible for assisting clients pre, during, and post-migration with client configuration, high-level training, answering questions, and providing ongoing support both in-person and remotely via zoom, phone, and support tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with client configuration and setup, ensuring compatibility with cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace and Office 365.
- Provide high-level training to clients on how to use and navigate platforms effectively.
- Address client questions and concerns promptly and effectively, either in person, via zoom / phone, or through support tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to client tools, including but not limited to Outlook for PC / Mac, Thunderbird, and Apple Mail.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in desktop support or similar technical roles.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and / or Office 365, including knowledge of their respective features and functionalities.
- Familiarity with client tools such as Outlook for PC / Mac, Thunderbird, and Apple Mail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed and work flexible hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certification in Google Workspace or Office 365.
- Experience with migration projects or similar technical implementations.
- Familiarity with additional client tools and applications.
