Role Summary & Impact As an Associate Director of Integrated Planning, you will work closely with your media teams and a variety of cross functional partners to oversee, develop, and employ various marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve our paid media performance goals.

You will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of B2B paid media campaigns across digital channels including;

search, social, and programmatic. The ideal candidate has experience utilizing audience and performance data in building awareness, creating brand differentiation, and developing programs to drive client goals.

In addition, you will oversee the client implementation team to ensure productivity, including managing staffing and workload issues at the client team level.

You will provide strategic rigor to implement ideas, ensuring integration of the work between creative and media. Above all you will be well versed in 360 media planning in order to effectively convey and manage media deliverables within the agencies. Key Responsibilities

Organizational

  • Manage direct reports and partners in the execution of channel plans while leading channel budget allocations for all media channels.
  • Oversee media dollars in the market and continuous review of investments across all channels.· Display a strong understanding of emerging digital techniques and trends within the media landscape and in the greater digital ecosystem.
  • Manage team deliveries of all key client objectives while maintaining a highly visible presence with day-to-day clients.
  • Oversee the development of new processes / workflows across opcos to find efficiencies.· Collaborate with agency disciplines to determine optimal mix of tactics including digital ads, paid search, webinars, social media, etc.
  • Improve processes and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance Strategy · Support the media director and other senior leadership in the development of an effective media approach from demand gen to quality lead and sales capture.
  • Possess strong knowledge and management of Paid Search (Google and Microsoft), Paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn) and Programmatic Display campaigns with the ability to develop successful strategies to drive client growth.
  • Utilize your analytical and creative-thinking skills, you will drive the planning outputs for clients delivering fully integrated channel plans.

More specifically, you will develop audience profiles and uncover unique insights to enhance channel planning.· Analyze campaign outcomes and marketing ROI, drawing insights to facilitate data-driven decisions· Collaborate with channel activation teams, analytics teams, and key clients to discuss progress and interpret analytic findings to identify strategies to improve client ROI.

Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Performance Media; OR equivalent professional work experience.

  • Experience in sales / business development preferred· 6-8 years previous experience desired.· Prior experience managing a team.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of key consumer insight tools, including DMPs and digital resources.· Understand and capable of utilizing key media planning tools (e.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
