We maintain a can do not can’t do attitude

As a Waterproofing Technician you will :

• Perform leak Investigations, water testing, and repairs of found Issues.
• Install waterproofing treatments throughout a wide range of products, chemicals, and systems.
• Perform minor exterior repairs In concrete, masonry, sealants, and waterproofing Issues on buildings, parking structures, and subgrade projects.
• Use various access methods such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stages, scaffolds, ladders, and bosun chairs.
• Work daily to diagnose and repair defects in commercial building envelope components.
• Continuously expand knowledge of common leak causes due to various conditions and / or failures In roof systems, window systems, flashings, sheet metal components, and various building envelope components.
• Maintain a SAFE work environment at all times.
• Adhere to RoofMaster policies and procedures
• Manage your truck and ensure it is fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
• Provide service recommendations to waterproofing superintendent as needed.
• Train / coach / develop your own skills as well as your fellow workers, including providing recognition and corrective actions.
• Complete work orders including photos, thorough description of work completed, list all materials and quantities used, and provide any notes for use for additional service calls at location.
• Understand project scope of work.
• Understand product specification requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Verify compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate should possess :

• Valid Texas Drivers license with insurable record.
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Available to travel short distances for a week at a time.
• Strong skills in time management.
• Willingness to learn new systems(DataForma).
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive and professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
