Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately input data from various sources into computer systems or databases.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, including sorting and labeling documents.
- Identify and correct errors in data to maintain integrity.
- Generate basic reports or summaries based on entered data using software tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and address issues.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion to protect data privacy and security.
- Assist with general office duties such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Pay : $12 / hr
Schedule : Must be Flexible
