Position : Salesforce Business Analyst
Locations : onsite in San Antonio, TX 78215
Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm CST
Salary : $72,000-77,000 / year (depending on experience)
Must Haves :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in gathering / writing business requirements, writing epics, and user requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations / integrations
- Experience with process improvement documentation / writing
- Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Plusses :
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and / or Salesforce Administrator Certification
Day-to-Day :
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will use your strong analytical skills to document current business processes and analyze and identify inefficiencies and gaps within current systems to advice on the designs of technical solutions to support the integration of legacy systems and applications to Salesforce.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to work closely with stakeholders to gather and write business and user requirements.
You will work closely with the development team to implement their processes and systems and conduct retrospectives every sprint to gather feedback.
In addition, your ability to work cross functionally will allow you to develop internal and external relationships to drive project success and communicate project statuses.
