Job Title : Human Resources Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
As a Human Resources Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding paperwork
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
