Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage the credentialing process for family caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact incoming families to begin the credentialing process and verify eligibility

Manage the documentation retrieval process to activate families into the program

Foster relationships with referral agencies and perform quality assurance checks on documentation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in healthcare

Familiarity with Medicaid waiver is highly desired

Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment required

Proficient with MS Office and ability to work across multiple systems

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote environment
