The McGuire Group's Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville, NY , is seeking a Unit Clerk. The Unit Clerk will process and maintain facility nursing and medical supplies;

and provide clerical support for the unit.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Maintain inventory or medical supplies, maintains computer tracking system of medical supplies,
• Processes invoices accurately and timely in order to capture discounts, makes physical transportation appointments and documents on the calendar per the unit coordinator.
• Monitors lab schedule and reports directly to the Unit Coordinator, answering the phone and taking messages, completing forms / charts as needed.

Also completing new admission packets and scheduling in house consultant appointments as needed, also with various other administrative duties on the Unit.

Requirements :

• High School diploma
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and HIPPA privacy
Shift :
• 8am-4pm
• 8am-4pm

Pay Rate :

Starting Rate : $16.00
