as our Enterprise Resource Planning System. As we begin implementation, we are seeking a skilled Workday implementation contractor with specialization in human resources.
Position Overview : As a Workday implementation contractor, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of Workday Human Resource Management modules within our organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, configure the Workday platform to meet those requirements, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to HR needs.
Lead and support the implementation of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking and Attendance, Reporting and Analytics, and Talent Optimization and Recruiting.
Configure Workday system to align with client-specific HR policies, processes, and organizational structures.
Lead testing efforts, including but not limited to; preparation and documentation of test cases, as well as managing the execution of system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
Provide end-user training and support during the implementation process. Develop desk-top procedures, end user documentation, business process maps and other reference / training materials as needed.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate client stakeholders on Workday functionality and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to client teams during data migration, testing, and deployment phases.
Work closely with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Document configuration decisions, process flows, and system enhancements.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions during implementation and post-implementation support phases.
Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements and assess their potential impact on client implementations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Workday HCM certification(s) required.
Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Compensation, Talent Optimization is required.
Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM Management modules.
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting within Workday.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, including but not limited to employee lifecycle management, compensation planning, and performance evaluation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively train, lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and deliver presentations effectively.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
