Location : White Bear and Cottage Grove, MN, in-person

Pay : $57,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule : Full-time Monday - Friday 8 : 30 - 5 : 00, in addition possible evenings and weekends depending upon occupancy and move in and move outs. White Bear 3 days per week, Cottage Grove 2 days per week

We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of the residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

White Bear Lake is a Senior Tax Credit Property. Tax Credit experience a plus

Cottage Grove is a market rate property

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Processing Section 8 certifications
• Negotiate lease / contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
