Pennant Solutions Group is in search of a Sr Commercial PM (various locations including Plano, Salt Lake, Ashburn, Chicago, Dallas / Plano).
Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Leading the commercial strategy and execution for data center projects, which encompasses contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and risk management.
- Developing and maintaining robust client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for commercial matters and queries.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as project managers, engineers, and finance to craft commercial proposals and pricing models.
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure they align with company policies, legal standards, and client requirements.
- Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to pinpoint improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Providing commercial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring commercial elements are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keeping informed of market trends, industry changes, and competitor actions to guide commercial decisions and strategies.
- Generating and delivering reports, presentations, and financial analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, specifically in construction, real estate, or data center projects.
- A solid grasp of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- The capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.
- Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera is advantageous.
- Understanding of sustainable construction practices and LEED accreditation is beneficial.
