Compensation
$70-$90 per hour
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, supporting them in their journey toward achieving personal milestones.
- Oversee programming of child to maintain data in the program book and graphing
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain child confidentiality
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans focusing on development and social engagement
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessment (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Work closely with patients and / or caregivers, clinical experts and other service providers as needed
- Work with team to increase skill acquisition while decreasing interfering behaviors
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
For LBA / BCBA :
- New York State licensure for Behavioral Analyst
- Current BCBA Certification
- Previous completion of the 8-hour supervision course and previous supervision experience
