Job Responsibilities
- Lead the efforts to develop maintain and deploy quality and operations training plans and activities that support customer requirements
- Define project scope and recommend deliverables, budget and resources
- Oversee curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements
- Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
- Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance
- Identify business specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods
- Perform as a qualified instructor in a specialized content area; IPC610, IPC620, IPC J-STD
- Deploy development tools and monitor implementation
- Identify potential issues that impact performance and lead the performance analysis and development training solutions
- Communicate clearly (written and oral) with customers, people and partners
- Run and provide training reports and metrics
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient technical expertise with demonstrated application
- Experience with Industrial Engineering concepts and 5S / 6S techniques
- Proficient technical expertise and application domain knowledge
- Experience with training on IPC610, 620 and J-STD
- ASQ certification or Black Belt preferred
- Proficient with ISO Standards, Six Sigma tools, statistics
- Ability to understand military specifications and to read blueprints
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and writing skills
- Ability to define problems and drive to root cause and effective corrective action
