Job Description :
Knight Public Safety is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Financial Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounts receivable and payables for the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations and a proven track record of success in managing a company's financial transactions.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all accounts receivable and payables for the company
- Manage the company's financial transactions and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Work closely with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the finance department
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
