- Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), the licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients.

- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing / licensed practical nursing program
- Minimum Experience
- Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred
- Required Registration / License / Certification
- Current Kansas LPN licensure
- Intravenous (IV) certification
- Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR / AED for the Health Care Provider, or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completes within the first 90 days of employment.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within first 90 days
