Responsibilities
The Hotel Front desk Agent will primarily handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
They will also :
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
- Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc.
in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
Perform any other job related duties as assigned
Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
