Starting from set up time to closing time, at Giuseppe Restaurant each employee is involved in all aspects of service :
Greeting customers
Learning the Resy system
Learning the Toast system
Preparing bread, cheese and olives, pouring water
Learning the extensive menu and daily specials
Providing silverware through courses
Learning our wines, and cocktails
