Job Description :
Zoom Vibe Co is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to help plan and execute a variety of events. You will assist in coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and liaising with clients and vendors.
Your role will also involve supporting the event team during setup and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Zoom Vibe Co events
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
- Create and manage event timelines and budgets
- Manage event registration, ticketing, and guest lists
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reports
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or relevant field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software
- Creative problem-solving abilities
