Qualifications :
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program / project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
- Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seeks and develops outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical / professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
- Requires a minimum education level of a BA / BS (AA with 7+ years of experience will be accepted as substitute).
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for performance of work.
- Maintains full authority to act for Bravura on all contract matters relating to daily operations.
- Responsible for performance of work at all locations.
- Holds full authority to negotiate, act, and commit for Bravura on all contractual matters related to this program.
- Supports regular reporting and meeting cadences, including Monthly Workload Report, In Progress Reviews, & Quarterly In-Person Reviews;
signs off to authorize review agendas and minutes before delivery to the Customer.
- Manages on-site activities during designated phase-in and phase-out periods for contract performance.
- Oversees team activities performed by on-site Mission Area Managers.
