We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless cellular service.

Job Description :
- Sells all products and services offered by the Company.
- Meets all sales objectives.
- Handles all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders.
- Maintains strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
- Maintains knowledge of competitive offers and provides critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product / service needs.
- Handles service inquiries from customers.
- Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
Job Requirements :
- Uses competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Stays up-to-date on the latest data / entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
- Understands customers' needs and helps them discover how our products meet those needs.
- Multi-tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Works a variety of hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays involving occasional overtime.
- Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations.
- Interacts with customers and provides prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person, via phone, or written note.
- Coaches, trains, and develops store staff.
- Position may be commissioned and quota-based.
Desired Qualifications :
- 1-3 years retail / customer facing / sales experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
