COMPANSATION ( So there will be 4 levels Tiers depending on experience)
Level 1
$18 hr plus $25 a contingency $50 for signed contract. Quota for the week at least 5-10 contingency a week (LEGIT.)
Mornings will be training in the office 11am -1. Afternoons 2-4 will be going to business and property management companies.
Evenings from 430 to 7 will be door knocking. You work 11-7.
Level 2
$10hr plus $25 a contingency $50 a contract plus the 4% draw . You shadow the salesman that will run the rest of the job.
Mornings will be following up on jobs you contracted and helping the salesman you are shadowing. Afternoons 2-4 will be going to business and property management companies.
Evenings from 430 to 7 will be door knocking. You work 11-7.
Level 3
$50 contingency $100 contract 20% of profit and being shadowed on running that job from beginning to end. So you are there for the first inspection, contract signing, take pictures scope notes, putting in material orders , Be there on the builds and collecting checks.
Still continuing to door knock cold call and go into business to build your pipeline.
Level 4
Pipeline has been started you are now fully commission and on your own bumped up to 35% commission of profit. Your responsibility is running your own job and drumming up new business at the same time.
Once to reach $500,000 in sales you go up to 45% commission of profit and $1 mil in sales to get 50% commission of the profit.
