Job Overview : K-Wood LLC, a trusted, family-owned HVAC company, is searching for a dedicated and skilled Residential / Commercial HVAC-R Technician to join our growing team.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.-Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with the team and clients.-Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and best practices through continuous learning.
• Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles with care.-Collaborate with team members and offer mentorship to apprentices and new staff.

Qualifications : -Experience : Must have 2+ years HVAC experience but willing to train motivated, eager, and dedicated candidates.

• Certification : Must have a valid Universal EPA Certification.-Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.-Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
