Job Description :
- Install, alter and repair sheet metal products and equipment ducts and hoods for HVAC systems utilizing blueprints, drawings and work orders.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair or replace components on various air conditioner units'chillers, rooftop units, wet and dry side systems.
- Will be working along other HVAC Installers troubleshooting and repairing A / C and ventilation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for HVAC systems.
- Responsible for plumbing tasks associated with HVAC.
- Working with a property manager in commercial and residential spaces. Ability to interact with tenants in occupied spaces identify source or issue.
Must Haves :
- Commercial / Residential HVAC and sheet metal experience.
- Verifiable experience and HVAC certification.
- Experience in sheet metal installation and fabrication.
- Able to perform general physical activities common to the HVAC trade.
- Valid driver's license with transportation
