Requirements

Holds a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!

  • Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
  • A positive attitude and self-image with a commitment to innovation and creativity
  • Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
  • Must pass the state-required criminal background check

Responsibilities

Your Role as an Assistant Teacher :

We're looking for enthusiastic assistant teachers, like YOU , who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Your primary focus will be assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. You'll also collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
